Communications Museum of Macao 2008 - Electronic Device Construction Competition
In order to cultivate the interest of local secondary school students in electromagnetism, and to encourage them to implement science theorem through hands-on practice, our Museum has organized an "Electronic Device Construction Competition" last year. The topic of this year is preliminarily given as "Wind Power Generator", students are required to make a wind generator by use of the magnets provided by the Museum, a set of parallel LEDs and an electric fan will be used to test the operational efficiency of each work. Full-time students of Macao Secondary School can participate individually or in a group competition (maximum of 4 members). Each of the top three winners will be presented with trophies, book coupons and attractive prizes. The winners' works will be displayed in the Museum Gallery.
